من صلى صلاة لم يقرأ فيها بأم القرآن فهي خداج ثلاثا غير تمام فقيل لأبي هريرة: إنا نكون وراء الإمام فقال: اقرأ بها في نفسك فإني سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: قال الله تعالى: قسمت الصلاة بيني وبين عبدي نصفين ولعبدي ما سأل
This means that:
"Whoever is doing the prayer, while he was reading the Mother of the Qur'an (Al-Fatiha) in it, then his prayer is lacking (3X), not perfect". Abu Hurayrah asked, "What if we were in the back of the priest". He said, "Read it to yourself (ie, in sirr / slow), because really I have heard the Messenger -Shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam said," God -Ta'ala- said, "I have divided the prayer (ie, Al Fatiha) between Me with my servant and a half, and my servant will get what he asked for. 3. Al-Fatihah verse 3
Latin: arrahmaanirrahiim
Meaning: Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
For the third verse in surah Al-Fatihah This means almost the same as the first paragraph, Ar-Rahman (Merciful): one of the names of God that gives the sense that God bestows His gifts to His creatures, while ar-Raheem (the Most Merciful) gives understanding that God always is mercy which causes him always bestow His mercy to His creatures.
4. Al-Fatihah verse 4
Latin: maaliki yawmiddiin
Meaning: The master {4} on the Day of Judgement {5}
{4} Maalik (The Master) by extending "meme", which means: the owner. Can also be read with (with a shortened mim), meaning: the King.
{5} Yaumiddin (Day of Judgment): day at the time that each man received a vengeance deeds both good and bad. Yaumiddin also called yaumulqiyaamah, yaumulhisaab, yaumuljazaa 'and so on.
5. Al-Fatihah verse 5
Latin: iyyaaka na'budu wa-iyyaaka nasta'iin
Meaning: You alone we worship {6}, and Thee only we ask for help. {7}
{6} Na'budu taken from the word 'Ibaadat: obedience and submission caused by the feeling of the greatness of God, as God is worshiped, because it believes that God has absolute power to it.
{7} Nasta'iin (for help), drawn from the word isti'aanah: expect help to be able to complete a job that can not be done with his own power.
6. Al-Fatihah verse 6
Latin: ihdinaash shiraathaal Mustaqeem
Meaning: Tunjukilah [8] us the straight path,
[8] Ihdina (Show us), from the word "hidayaat": giving instructions to the right path. The meaning of this verse is not just give guidance, but also give taufik.
7. Al-Fatihah verse 7
Latin: shiraathalladziina an'amta 'alayhim ghayril maghdhuubi' alayhim walaadhdhaalliin
Meaning: (ie) Street people which thou hast given ni'mat to them; not (the way) of their wrath and not (also road) they are misguided. {9}
{9} What is meant by "those who are children of wrath" and "those who go astray" are all groups that deviate from the teachings of Islam.
