LOVE is a feeling born of instinct in man. We can not deny its existence. Because feelings of love and the instinct is something that is inherent in us. Just as God has given properties that fire can burn, so God has pinned efficacy in humans, one that is capable of loving. However, that need to be further discussion is about what should be the cause of the reasons that humans have feelings of love? Who should be loved? How should treat people the beloved?
Without the guidance of revelation, man would love anything by desire and lust for. If we try to perceive the facts in sekelililng us, many of those who love each other due to physical factors, eg love for his good looks or beauty. There is also a mutual love for the material factors such as wealth or fame. In addition, there is also a loving because being a common interest, in which the interest is able to bring benefits to them.
Feelings on grounds such as those exemplified above, an apparent feeling of love. When these feelings arise, then someone will be confused as to how to treat these feelings. He did not have a guide to set up his feelings, so he was creating his own rules with ignorance and human limitations. Of course this will only give birth to evil and misery for him.
Islam, as a religion that is perfect teachings, have set about this loving feeling. Related reasons which should be the cause of someone's love, God requires His servants so that mutual love for God. Meaning of love because God is loving servant of God because of his faith in God and obedience to Him.
Rasulullah SAW said, "Actually later on the Day of Resurrection Allah will say, 'Where are those who loved each other because of my majesty? On this day I will give him shade in My shade when there is no shade except my shade, "(HR. Muslim).
In another hadith, Muhammad Allah's Apostle said, "Whoever will not feel the sweetness of faith, until he loves someone just because God alone," (HR. Bukhari).
The reason is very clearly shows us anyone who deserves to be loved. In addition, based on the feeling that the love of God is not apparent feeling. Keberadannya really offer a great advantage for humans, one of which is that it gets the shade of Allah on the Day of Judgment
